These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (the business owner or authorized representative, referred to as "Client" or "you") and Reliantech LLC ("Reliantech," "we," or "us"), a company registered in Minnesota.
By booking a demo, signing a service agreement, or using any Reliantech service, you agree to these Terms in full.

The specific features included in your service depend on the plan you select. Features not included in your plan may be available as add-ons.
Reliantech offers the following monthly plans:

Add-on features are available at additional monthly fees as listed on our website. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to active clients.
Setup fee: Due at the time of service agreement signing, before setup begins.
Monthly fee: Billed monthly in advance on your billing cycle start date. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at onboarding.
Late payments: Accounts more than 14 days past due may result in service suspension until payment is received. We will always contact you before suspending service.
Overages: If your call volume exceeds your plan's monthly limit, additional calls are billed at $49 per 100 calls, added to your next invoice.
Taxes: Prices listed do not include any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes. If Reliantech is required by law to collect tax on any portion of your service, it will be itemized separately on your invoice in addition to the prices above.
The one-time setup fee covers the labor required to build your AI agent, train it on your business, and integrate it with your phone system and calendar.
Before your agent goes live: If you cancel your service agreement before your AI agent has been activated (typically within the first 48 hours), your setup fee will be refunded in full.
After your agent goes live: Once your agent is active and handling calls, the setup fee is non-refundable. This reflects the work completed on your behalf.
We stand behind our service. If, within your first 30 days of active service, the AI agent fails to perform as described in these Terms due to a technical issue on our end, we will credit your first month's service fee in full.
This guarantee applies to technical failures — situations where the agent is not functioning as built and described. It does not apply to:

How to cancel: Send a written cancellation request to hello@reliantech.co. Cancellations must be received in writing — phone requests are not accepted as formal cancellation.
When you can cancel: Client may cancel at any time. There is no minimum notice period and no early termination fee.
What happens after you notify us: Your service continues fully through the remainder of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle.
Example: If you cancel on the 10th and your billing cycle runs through the 25th, you keep full service until the 25th — no charge after that. The same applies even if you cancel close to your cycle's end date, such as on the 24th: you keep service through the 25th and are not billed again.
If your cancellation request is received after your next billing date has already processed, the cancellation takes effect at the end of that next cycle instead, and that cycle is not refunded.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in your current billing cycle.

We commit to building the best possible agent for your business and resolving any performance issues promptly.
Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential business information private. We will not share your business data, call records, or client information with any third party except as required to operate the service (see our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
You agree not to share proprietary information about Reliantech's systems, pricing, or methods with competitors or the public without our consent.
All technology, systems, templates, and workflows created by Reliantech remain the intellectual property of Reliantech LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service during your active subscription.
Content specific to your business — your service descriptions, FAQs, and branding — remains yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reliantech's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Reliantech in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
Reliantech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service with 14 days' written notice if:
In cases of serious violations, we may terminate immediately without notice. If we terminate for reasons unrelated to your conduct, we will refund any prepaid fees for unused service days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, active clients will receive email notice at least 30 days in advance.
Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hello@reliantech.co. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
These Terms, together with any service agreement or proposal signed between you and Reliantech, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
